无需插件可以实现WordPress远程保存图片到本地

WordPress常规的图片是通过后台添加媒体上传到本地的。但是有些时候我们复制的图片到编辑器，希望直接发布的时候保存在本地，当然有类似的插件可以实现，这里有一个无插件的代码也可以实现的。
